Our Coffee

Everything is roasted in-house and to-order. We never have old coffee sitting around waiting to be sold. We roast it when you order it and we pride ourselves on continuously learning about our customers and our industry so we can be the best at what we do to serve you better. This process & practice allows us to give you an amazing coffee experience every time! In a sea of coffee options, you chose us so we want to show our appreciation by providing an excellent product.

1. Selection

We are proud to work with Belgian coffee roasters who only source through direct trade. Direct trade coffee involves buying coffee beans directly from farmers, without the use of intermediaries such as cooperatives or certification organisations. By choosing direct trade coffee we support farmers and have access to high-quality beans. It's a transparent and ethical supply chain that benefits everyone.

 

2. Roasting

We developed our roasting profile, especially for cold brew coffee. The roast level of coffee beans will influence the taste and strength of a cold brew. By creating a special roast profile we can ensure the

Coffee customers have always worked hard to bring new coffee experiences to our customers. From the opening of the brothers' first coffee boutique in the 2003s, innovation has flowed through every
aspect and era of Coffee. 

We were the first coffee providers in London serving our coffee in porcelain cups; we were the first coffee shop chain to introduce the Flat White in the UK and, with our Express machines, we were the first to bring coffee shop quality coffee to convenience stores and roadsides across the UK.

Our goal is to continue to grow our business in ways that will allow us to give more, this will include things like scholarships for local graduating seniors, food programs, and much more! Hi, nice to meet you

Our coffee story is much wider, much higher, and much deeper than meets the eye. We began making coffee at Seven Wonders the first week of January 2003 on our first espresso machine. Less than 3 months later we had won the Irish Barista Championship (the main coffee-making competition in the world by country) and were off to Boston to represent Ireland in the World Barista Championship.
