If you're a cold brew coffee enthusiast, you'll be excited to learn about an innovative technique that can improve both the taste and shelf life of your favourite beverage. This technique involves a process called maceration, which reduces the steeping time of the coffee grounds. By reducing the time the grounds are in contact with the water, there is less chance for oxidation to occur, resulting in a smoother and less bitter flavour profile. To further enhance the shelf life of cold brew coffee, producers have also started using High- Pressure Processing (HPP). This technique subjects the cold brew to intense pressure, effectively killing harmful bacteria and extending its freshness. So, not only can you enjoy a delicious and smooth cup of cold brew, but you can also keep it in your fridge for longer, ensuring that you always have a refreshing caffeine boost at your fingertips.

We prioritise working with local Belgian roasters who adopt direct trade and ethical labour practices. This guarantees that our coffee is not only delicious but also ethically sourced. We believe in supporting the farmers who work tirelessly to produce the coffee we love while also ensuring that they are paid fair wages and provided with safe working conditions.

The coffee roasters we work with are committed to sourcing the highest quality coffee beans directly from farmers in Colombia. They travel to coffee-producing countries yearly to establish direct relationships with farmers who share our values of promoting sustainability, fair wages, and safe working conditions.
